22301VIC Certificate I in Transition Education is a nationally accredited program for learners who have an intellectual disability or cognitive impairment to find the best options in the community or workplace.
This is a foundation course with a focus on literacy and numeracy while incorporating opportunities to develop real-life skills including;
– Goal setting
– Health and wellbeing
– Community connections
– Personal safety
– Education and training
– Traveling independently
– Information technology
– Social media
This course is delivered 9.30am – 3.30pm. Course length varies depending on location.
