The EmployEase Graduation Ceremony took place in Melbourne CBD last month. This event celebrates the end of the student journey and the beginning of an exciting career for many of our students.

EmployEase is proud to host such a heart-warming event that publicly acknowledges and celebrates the achievements of our students. We know that to complete one of our courses requires dedication and work. It is challenging and demanding and our students make sacrifices to complete their studies. One student balanced two jobs along with her studies. It’s inspiring to see the sheer hard work and determination pay off and be recognised at this event!

Amongst the students who graduated was Alistair and Jillian – a happily married couple who attended class together, studied together and finally graduated together!

It is also an appropriate time to recognise the role our trainers play in guiding students to reach their goals. It’s their passion, professionalism and caring nature which provides graduates with the skills to make a real difference in the community. On behalf of EmployEase and our graduates, we would like to say thank Trainers for their hard work and passion towards helping others succeed.

Graduates celebrate and pose in cap and gown for photos.

The Aged Care and Disability Recruitment Day also ran alongside the graduation. This forum gives graduates the chance to speak to employers and discuss future opportunities. The popularity of this event among employers speaks volumes as to the quality of training provided by EmployEase and the employability of our graduates.

Thanks to Calvary Care, BAPTCARE, Connecting 2 Australia, Prompt Care, Care Choice and Prestige in Home Care being an integral part of the day and essentially providing students with a future in care!

The Aged Care & Disability recruitment event underway with lots of networking.

Would you like to graduate with EmployEase? We have courses starting in multiple locations throughout Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, and Traralgon. Click here to find out more about upcoming courses.
