This course is designed to provide you with the confidence, knowledge, practical skills and qualifications to work in the following job roles:

Delivery method:
This qualification is delivered in the classroom over an approximate 9 month period. Classes are face to face 1 day per week, augmented by online assessment and outstanding resources. Full course timetable is available upon request.

Entry Requirements:
To gain entry into this course, candidates need to have previous experience in the community services sector in a job role involving:
– The self-directed application of knowledge with substantial depth in some areas
– The exercise of independent judgment and decision making
– The application of a range of technical and other skills

You must also have:
– Access to management-type roles to complete assessment tasks
– Moderate computer skills and internet access
