Meet Our Trainer – Diana Jane
My name is Diana Jane and I recently joined the team at EmployEase. I currently train and assess students for the qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support. I have been working in the Health Industry for over 10 years now and have been training and assessing in many sectors which includes Individual Support, Health Services Assistance and Allied Health Assistance.
I am still current in the Health Industry working as a Support Services Supervisor at Northern Health and closely with the Nursing staff with making sure that the patients receive the proper care and feel welcomed and safe while staying at the hospital.
I have always tried to make a difference in the life of my patients/clients by providing them the care they need. My patients' satisfaction has been my utmost priority. I thrive to offer them quality service and request their feedback to improve my approach to work.
I am a Trainer and Assessor that like to share my personal experiences working in the Health Industry (Aged Care Facility/In-home care/Hospital Setting) with my students, so they can feel comfortable in what the expectations might be and feel driven and passionate joining the health workforce.

I’ve watched all the Marvel movies—yes, all of them.
The healthiest snack I ever tried is Apple slices and Peanut Butter! It’s so delicious!
My hobbies
I love nature. Walks in nature can stimulate the senses and does provide me with calmness. I love being out in nature, for me, this is the place to be, this is where I feel peaceful, happy, wild, and free.
