Are you thinking about becoming an Enrolled Nurse? The HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing is a Nationally Recognised qualification that gives students the skills and knowledge to work as an Enrolled Nurse in the healthcare industry. EmployEase is accredited as an approved provider of this qualification by the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

The Diploma of Nursing course will see students train in important areas of anatomy and physiology, critical infection control, and aspects of medication administration to work confidently in a diverse range of healthcare settings such as aged care, hospital settings, rehabilitation centres, acute care, and mental health as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).

Learning with EmployEase is completed in the classroom and through simulation across our facilities. The course also incorporates aspects of clinical placement to help trainees best advance their skills in the work environment. You will be placed at a supported facility to assist in completing all necessary placement requirements for the Diploma of Nursing.

EmployEase provide qualified, passionate, and experienced trainers to deliver the Cert IV course face-to-face within a small group setting.

Completion of this course is the first step in beginning a meaningful career in supporting for those that need it most. As a nationally accredited course, the cert 4 in disability will open the door for you to work within the care sector as a Disability Support Worker or Carer at a Disability Provider or Community Services Provider, among many other roles.

The CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management course is a high-level qualification designed for those who already work in the community sector who are seeking to upskill to a Coordinator or Middle Management position. The Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management is targeted to trainees at management-level positions within a variety of community sector organisations, community centres, early childhood education services, and more.

 

As part of the course, employees at this level will learn the skills needed to plan and monitor delivery of service, effectively recruit employees, complete thorough performance reviews, manage organisational risk, and implement continuous improvement processes.

 

Prospective applications should note that this course with EmployEase is specially designed to assist future leaders to enhance their high-performance client service ethos, increase their capacity to make strong-minded decisions and implement them effectively, strengthen collaboration with peers, and facilitate a range of roles to have meaningful input into company policy.

CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health provides the skills and knowledge required to design, implement and evaluate health and leisure activities and programs which meet the physical, psychological and social needs of clients in a range of settings.

Leisure and health encompasses’ the activities that we engage in for reasons as varied as relaxation, exercise socialisation and simply fun.

Recreation plays a large role in the Aged Care and Disability sectors of our community contributing to positive health and well-being outcomes for people accessing services. You may work with all ages ranging from the young and fit, the elderly, active, and those living with disabilities or physical restrictions, inside or outside.

Workers may be in residential facilities and/or in community agencies and day centres, completing specialised tasks and functions in relation to leisure and health.  While workers are responsible for their own outputs, work is carried out under direct or indirect supervision within defined organisation guidelines.
